Policy

Open Access Policy

An open access policy allows published research to be freely accessible to all readers, removing paywalls and subscription barriers. This enables a wider global audience, including researchers and students from diverse backgrounds, to access high-quality studies.

There are two main models: "gold" open access, where articles are made immediately available, often funded by authors or institutions, and "green" open access, where authors deposit manuscripts in repositories after an embargo period.

This policy fosters collaboration and rapid scientific progress by making research available to all, regardless of financial or institutional resources.

Open access increases the visibility and impact of research, supporting the global dissemination of knowledge while ensuring wider access to valuable academic content.

Privacy Policy

A journal's privacy policy outlines how it collects, uses, and protects personal data from authors, reviewers, and readers. It ensures that any information provided, such as names, email addresses, and manuscript details, is kept confidential and not shared without consent. The policy also clarifies how data is stored securely and may include provisions for compliance with relevant privacy laws, safeguarding users' privacy throughout the submission and publication process.

Review Policy

A journal’s review policy outlines the process through which submitted manuscripts are evaluated by experts in the field. Once a manuscript is submitted, the editor conducts an initial screening to ensure the submission aligns with the journal’s scope and formatting requirements. If the manuscript meets the basic criteria, it is then sent to independent reviewers for detailed assessment.

Reviewers evaluate the manuscript based on its scientific merit, originality, relevance, and methodology. They provide feedback and recommendations to the editor, who uses this information to decide whether the manuscript should be accepted, revised, or rejected. Revisions may be requested to address reviewer comments, after which the manuscript undergoes another round of evaluation.

The final decision is made by the editor based on the reviewers' assessments. If the manuscript is accepted, it proceeds to the publication process. If revisions are required, the authors are notified and given an opportunity to revise and resubmit their work. The goal of the review policy is to ensure the quality and integrity of the research published in the journal.
